Pregnancy is a truly special and unique time – a time of transition - when your energies are directed to a new life and evolving into a new version of yourself as a mother. In our busy, modern lives, it can be difficult to take a step back and allow ourselves the opportunity for self nurture, and the time to prepare for this transition. Our Pregnancy Wellness workshops are designed to allow you the time to tune in, connect to the inner journey, and nourish your mind, body and soul.

The afternoon will will break down into four parts:

  • A talk on a specific topic to support you to prepare for birth and the early weeks with your new baby.

  • An Aromatherapy session on how essential oils can effectively be used to support your pregnancy and birth with a personalised blend to take home.

  • A guided Hypnobirthing relaxation session to leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated with positive confidence and energy.

  • Tea and cake, and the opportunity for questions and discussion with the midwives.

The sessions are perfect to attend at any stage of pregnancy, and are on offer to support your well-being through pregnancy. The Pregnancy Wellness workshops will alternate monthly with midwife-led couples' workshops that focus on Birth Preparation.
